Their harmony and power are the fruit of teamwork based on the technological and cultural expertise of Jean Cordeau and Michel Rolland’s experience in monitoring vinification.
The soul of Fombrauge stems from a philosophy based on:
- Respect for the terroir both in the vineyard and in the cellars, the use of traditional methods being the best way to achieve this objective;
- Technology at the service of the wine, and not the contrary;
- During vinification, a constant search for the expression of Fombrauge’s identity.
